Made
with grapes from vine species of the same name. This
wine has a straw-yellow colour of medium intensity.
It is a white wine characterised by its strength, structure
and unmistakable class, together with remarkable softness.
A tipical buoyant aroma, reminiscent of sage, mint and
peppers. Its flavour is lively and fresh, and happily
shows off its "good" sides. Its noteworthy
body and impetus follow along, and they are well worth
waiting for. This is an aperitif wine that goes well
with spicy first courses, crepes, salmon fish, creams,
soups, medium mature cheese and prosciutto. Serve at
a temperature of 8° - 10° C. |
